All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all model cars. There is a 25% restocking fee charged for all display cases.
Returns should be carefully repacked with original packaging so that no damage occurs when the item is shipped back to us. In order to receive a refund, items MUST be returned in perfect sellable condition.
Please include a copy of the invoice PLUS a description of the item’s defects and / or the reason for returning the item. Indicate whether you want to exchange the item or a refund. Please be legible, ordinary folks must be able to read this.
Once we receive your return, your credit card or Paypal account will be credited for payment, minus the restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges unless the model arrives damaged by the carrier to your address within the continental United States.
We do not ever refund any shipping charges for International Shipments for returns or replacements, regardless of the reason for the return.
My model arrived damaged, what do I do?
When shipping fragile models sometimes no matter how well we pack them they can get damaged in transit. In the event that you receive a model that has been damaged in transit please email . The satisfaction of our customers is paramount to our business and we will do everything that we can to ensure your happiness.
